No. It’s a monthly subscription you can cancel whenever you like by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep access until then. Partial periods aren’t refunded.
It depends on how many active users your organization has: Essential €32/month (up to 10 users), Pro €42/month (up to 30) or Business €62/month (up to 80), excluding VAT. Every plan includes every feature. Before you confirm, Stripe shows you the final amount with any applicable taxes. If the price changes, we’ll email you 30 days in advance.
Every person with access to your organization (owner, admins, warehouse and technicians) and every pending invitation counts as an active user. As the owner, you invite admins and technicians by email, and each one signs in with their own account and role. Technicians only see the events they’re assigned to.
You move up a plan yourself from Bakenta’s settings, and the new limit applies straight away. You only pay the difference for the current month, which is added to your next invoice. To move down a plan, write to us. If you’re more than 80 users, we’ll put together a custom price.
Yes. In Stripe you enter the billing address and can add your company’s tax ID.
You come back to Bakenta to create your organization and your password. From there you add your gear, invite your crew and create your first event.
Not necessarily. Bakenta works in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. If your team uses iPhones, you also get the Bakenta app, with the same account and the same data. On other phones, your technicians can add it to their home screen and get alerts like any other app.
You can ask us for an export up to 30 days after cancelling. After that it’s deleted, except what we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices.
